AS OF MARCH 2020 SIMPLY GORGEOUS DOES NOT ACCEPT RETURNS / EXCHANGES DUE TO COVID. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ORDER THE RIGHT SIZE. CHART SIZE PROVIDED ON OUR SIZING PAGE ON THE TOP MENU.
SHOP WILL BE CLOSED JULY 26TH to AUGUST 10TH. THIS TIME IS NOT INCLUDED IN OUR TAT.
- AS OF OCTOBER 2021 Viral Products will take up to 16-20 weeks to process. We strive to provide a faster and better service but plan accordingly.
- If you send an email please keep in mind it can take up to 4 -6 business days to answer. ( Business days M-F 9-5pm)

- All our items are MADE TO ORDER and CUSTOM MADE.
-WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR CUSTOMERS PLACING ORDERS WITH THE WRONG SIZE OR ADDRESS.
-Not two items are alike. Every stroke or bleach sport contributes to the uniqueness of your item.
-Turn Around Time is 34 business days. Monday through Friday. 9 am to 5pm MST. Holidays not included
- FREE Shipping for orders $100 or more in the US.
- Orders are processed and shipped within 34 to 40 business days, unless you have viral items(16-20 week processing time )
- Bleached Graphic Tees & Leather Earrings made In-House may take a bit longer.
-Pre-Orders have an estimate shipping time but it can change base on the supplier.

Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges pertaining to returns and exchanges.
To be eligible for an exchange...
- You must contact us within 3 business days of receiving the item.
- The product is not damaged or worn, must include original tags still attached to item and shoe boxes must be shipped inside another package/box as the shoe box will become damaged during transit.
-The product must be free of any odors, smells and animal hair.
- A restock of 25% will be invoiced to you after we received the item.
- Buyer is responsible for both shipping fees.
- Items bought with a discount code CAN NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.
- Sale items or accessories/undergarments/bralettes cannot be returned/exchanged . (sale items include: sale, clearance and jewelry). These are all FINAL SALE. Anything Discounted 30% off or more is FINAL SALE (including items bought during special sales)
- Bleached Tees are Custom Made and will not be refunded or exchanged.
- Tie Dyed items are custom made and will not be refunded or exchanged.
(products that do not meet this criteria will not be considered for return/exchange and will be returned to you without refund)
Once SIMPLY GORGEOUS mails the package to you... USPS is responsible for the delivery and protection of your package. Please contact USPS if item has not arrived or is damaged. if you cannot resolve with USPS...please contact us.
EXCESSIVE RETURN POLICY:
If you return or exchange more than 3 items(in a period of 30 business days), a 15% restocking/handling/shipping fee will be deducted from the return on top of the 25% restocking fee.
We are always available to help you decide which size you need before ordering.

Please inspect your items upon receipt. If you received defective items, please contact us within 24 hours so that we can correct the issue.
